*Chris, who had been battling severe mental health challenges and unstable housing, has made remarkable progress through the Support to Succeed programme. Initially rating his wellbeing at just 4 out of 10, Chris struggled with suicidal thoughts and found job applications overwhelming. Without a fixed address, he relied on the job centre for correspondence and felt unsupported by previous agencies.

Since joining the programme, Chris has gained his CSCS card and completed a two-week Skills Bootcamp in Groundworks and Civil Engineering. With support from his keyworker, he actively pursued job opportunities and overcame moments of doubt. His efforts paid off. Chris has secured paid employment with John Sisks and Son starting 1st September, along with interim agency work to provide immediate income.

Chris now feels more confident about his future and is building a healthier daily routine, marking a significant step forward in both his personal and professional life.
